We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Insurance Professional to join our team as a Mutual Insurance Manager. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our mutual insurance agency, ensuring exceptional service to our policyholders and agents, and managing all operational functions with strong leadership and professionalism.

Duties

• Manage and lead company operations, including staff supervision, workflow, and customer service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with policyholders and agents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Oversee underwriting, policy issuance, claims processing, and risk management procedures.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal insurance regulations.

Qualifications

• Active insurance license in Minnesota or equivalent experience in the insurance industry.
• Proven leadership and management experience preferred.
